Most products sold by Wicked Fantasy Designs are custom and/or made-to-order.

- Production begins after purchase
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
- Variations in color, finish, or appearance may occur due to screen and production differences
All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.
SECTION 6 – TURNAROUND TIME & ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are subject to the turnaround time stated on the website at the time of purchase.
During peak seasons, major sales events, and holidays (including Christmas), order volume may require temporary adjustments to turnaround times. Any such adjustments will be communicated on the website, product pages, or announcement banners at the time orders are placed.
Orders processed within the stated or adjusted turnaround time:
- Are not eligible for cancellation
- Are not eligible for refunds
- Do not constitute delayed, unfulfilled, or incomplete orders
Production and shipping timelines during peak and holiday periods may exceed standard timeframes due to increased demand and carrier congestion. By placing an order during these periods, customers acknowledge and accept these conditions.
Orders placed during peak or holiday periods are not eligible for refunds due to production or shipping delays when processed within the stated or adjusted turnaround time.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and do not include production time.
Free Shipping Promotions
Orders placed with “free shipping” still incur actual shipping costs paid by Wicked Fantasy Designs. Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refused Deliveries
Orders that are refused by the recipient after shipment are considered fulfilled and are not eligible for refunds, replacements, or store credit.
Refusal of delivery does not constitute a cancellation, return, or merchant error. Any costs incurred due to refusal are the responsibility of the customer.
Holiday & Peak Season Delays
During peak seasons, including but not limited to Christmas, major holidays, and promotional sale periods, increased order volume, carrier congestion, and supply chain delays may occur.
Wicked Fantasy Designs is not responsible for carrier delays or extended transit times during peak seasons once an order has shipped.
Orders placed during holiday or peak seasons are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks due to delayed delivery, provided the order was processed and shipped within the stated turnaround time at the time of purchase.
By placing an order during these periods, customers acknowledge and accept the possibility of extended production and shipping timelines.
SECTION 8 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
